BGW69 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Guidelines

1. General Terms & Agreement

Welcome to BGW69. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "User," "Member") and BGW69 ("the Platform," "the Operator," "us," "we"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by BGW69, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

BGW69 operates as a licensed online gaming and sports betting platform serving Filipino players. The platform offers sports betting across multiple leagues including the PBA, NBA, and FIBA, as well as live casino games, poker, fishing games, and slot games — all accessible through the BGW69 website and mobile browser.

BGW69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the BGW69 platform after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. BGW69 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of significant changes via email or on-platform notification.

If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms, you must immediately stop using BGW69 and contact our support team at support@bgw69.best to close your account.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account at BGW69, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines when accessing and using BGW69.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of BGW69 or any affiliated company, nor a close family member of such a person.
• Online gambling must not be prohibited by the laws applicable to you based on your specific location or circumstances.

BGW69 is designed exclusively for the Philippine market. Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each individual is permitted to hold one BGW69 account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

When registering at BGW69, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. BGW69 will not be held liable for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information submitted by the player.

• Your BGW69 account username and password must be kept confidential at all times.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your BGW69 account, whether or not you authorized it.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify BGW69 support immediately at support@bgw69.best.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of ₱100, deducted from any remaining balance.
• BGW69 may suspend or permanently close any account that it reasonably believes is being used in violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

4. Deposits

BGW69 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• GCash — instant, available 24/7
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) — instant, available 24/7
• GrabPay — instant
• Coins.ph — instant
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfer — within banking hours
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking — within banking hours
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards — subject to card issuer processing times

The minimum deposit at BGW69 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though BGW69 may apply transaction limits to specific payment methods based on the provider's own terms.

BGW69 does not charge any fees for deposits. Any fees applied by the payment provider (e.g., GCash transaction fees on their end) are outside BGW69's control and are the player's responsibility. Deposits are credited to your BGW69 balance in Philippine Peso at the exact amount received by the platform.

5. Withdrawals

BGW69 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Your identity must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to GCash and Maya within minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• BGW69 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing large or unusual withdrawals. This is a compliance requirement and is not a reflection of account standing.
• Active bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money balance meeting wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal.

BGW69 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. If a payment provider applies a fee on their end, that amount will be deducted from the received amount, not added separately by BGW69.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

BGW69 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. All BGW69 promotions are subject to the following general terms, plus any additional terms specific to each individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (WR). The specific WR multiplier for each promotion is displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• BGW69 bonus funds have an expiry period from the date of credit. Unused bonus funds are forfeited after expiry.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• BGW69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will not be retroactively affected by removal of that promotion.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• BGW69 reserves the right to reverse or void bonus credits and any associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed through abusive behavior, including but not limited to: multiple account creation, systematic abuse of low-margin bets to meet WR, coordinated play, or any form of deception.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at BGW69 covers multiple leagues including the PBA, NBA, FIBA, EuroLeague, UAAP, NCAA Philippines, and other international competitions. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on BGW69:

• All bets are final once confirmed. BGW69 does not accept cancellations or modifications after a bet has been placed and confirmed.
• Odds displayed at the time of placing the bet are the odds that will apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent changes to the market.
• In the event of a game being postponed or cancelled and not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on that game will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time. BGW69 is not responsible for network delays on the player's end that may result in a bet being placed at odds that differ from what the player expected.
• BGW69 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a technical error resulted in clearly incorrect odds being offered.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. Limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.

BGW69 uses independent data feeds and official league data to settle all sports bets. Settlement is final once confirmed. Players who believe a bet has been settled incorrectly must submit a dispute within 48 hours of settlement via the support email.

8. Casino, Poker & Fishing Games

BGW69's casino, poker, and fishing game products operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. The following terms apply:

• All casino game results are determined by certified RNG systems. BGW69 does not manipulate outcomes.
• Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for all slot and RNG games within the game information section.
• Poker games at BGW69 are player-versus-player. BGW69 does not play against participants but collects a standard rake from cash game pots, as disclosed in the poker section.
• Tournament and freeroll structures, prize pools, and entry requirements are published in advance and are binding once a tournament has started.
• Technical malfunctions or disconnections during a game session — if caused by BGW69's systems — will result in the affected round being voided and the stake returned. Disconnections caused by the player's network are not covered.

9. Fair Play, Fraud & Prohibited Conduct

BGW69 operates a secure, fair gaming environment for all members. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per person (duplicate accounts)
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in games or betting markets
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers (bonus collusion)
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of cheating in poker or other player-versus-player games
• Using VPNs or other tools to mask your true location to circumvent geo-restrictions

BGW69 uses advanced fraud detection systems to monitor accounts and transactions. Players found in violation of this section will have their accounts closed, all funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant Philippine financial and law enforcement authorities as required under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

10. Responsible Gaming

BGW69 is committed to the wellbeing of all its players. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. BGW69 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a set gaming session duration.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your BGW69 account. This action is irreversible.

BGW69 trains its customer support staff to recognize signs of problem gambling and provide appropriate guidance. Players may contact support at any time to discuss responsible gaming concerns with no judgment and in complete confidence.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

BGW69 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering at BGW69, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

BGW69 collects personal data including but not limited to: your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, payment method details, and identity verification documents. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the BGW69 platform.

• BGW69 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data shared with payment processors (e.g., GCash, Maya) is limited to what is necessary to complete your transactions.
• BGW69 retains account data for a minimum of 5 years following account closure to comply with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention requirements. Contact support@bgw69.best to exercise these rights.

12. Amendments, Governing Law & Contact

BGW69 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, BGW69 will notify registered players via email or on-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through BGW69's internal dispute resolution process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated in January 2025. They supersede all previous versions of the BGW69 Terms and Conditions.
